Windham Town Beach
We are excited to announce the return of The Windham Recreation Department’s Summer Beach Yoga Classes! Classes are taught by Amy Spencer, who is an ardent practitioner and instructor of Yoga. She is certified and registered with the National Yoga Alliance as an Experienced Registered Yoga Teacher. Classes will take place on Saturday mornings, weather permitting, at Cobbett’s Pond Town Beach , 45 Cobbett’s Pond Road. Classes will begin at 8:00am and will run for 90 minutes.
We are looking to begin these classes once the weather gets a bit warmer. I will be making an announcement each week via email and Social Media!
Please complete and scan all of your paperwork, a yoga mat or towel, and reserve your spot by making your payment through the Town of Windham. These classes are accessible to students at all levels of their practice.
